The service
Query Letter Plus is a product of The Write Practice. You upload a manuscript and we deliver query letter variations and synopses generated through our custom AI process, as well as access to our community and educational resources. Results are delivered by email within minutes of submission.
Your manuscript
By submitting a manuscript, you confirm that you own it or have the rights to submit it for processing. We will not share your manuscript with any third party beyond the AI processing services described in our Privacy Policy.
Your query content
Query letters and synopses are generated using Claude by Anthropic based on your manuscript. They are provided as a professional starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and customizing all content before sending it to literary agents or publishers. The Write Practice makes no guarantees about outcomes.
Payment & refunds
All sales are final. Because your query package is delivered immediately upon processing, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your results, contact us at admin@thewritepractice.com and we will make it right.
Community access
Your 3-month community access is subject to The Write Practice community guidelines. Access may be revoked for violations of those guidelines without refund.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
